Rachel Teifke is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She joined Superior Walk-In in 2021 after working for 5 years in UP Health System’s Intensive Care Unit. Rachel serves as the provider manager for our office. She is an active leader in the healthcare industry with a background in precepting students, assisting in clinical research, serving on nursing boards and hospital committees, and volunteering abroad on medical mission trips. 

Rachel has a Bachelors of Science in Applied Biology from Ferris State University, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University, and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

When away from the clinic, Rachel can be found exploring the outdoors with her husband and two dogs. Trying new sourdough recipes is a passion, along with fishing, hiking, and snowshoeing.

She is passionate about incorporating and teaching a preventative, holistic health approach that empowers patients to take control of their whole health and wellness.

Rachel Anthony is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She joined the Superior Walk-In in 2021.Prior to joining the Superior Walk-In team, she worked at UP Health Systems and Munson Hospitals in acute care.

Rachel attended Andrews University earning a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University.  

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, and playing the piano. 

She looks forward to providing empathetic and compassionate care that goes beyond physical well-being and encompasses mental and emotional health.

Sydney Fletcher is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She joined Superior Walk-In in 2024. Prior to joining the Walk-In team, Sydney worked as a registered nurse in the staffing pool at UP Health Systems- Marquette and a neurology unit at Mayo Clinic.

Sydney is originally from Green Bay, WI. She fell in love with the U.P. and attended Northern Michigan University for both her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing. 

On her days off, you can find Sydney outdoors with her dog, Cedar! She enjoys spending time hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and swimming. She loves to spend time relaxing with family/friends at her family cabin on the lake or around a bonfire.

She is looking forward to building professional relationships while providing high-quality patient care to improve overall health and wellness.

Hi there! My name is Amanda, I am a full-time nurse practitioner. I work primarily in preventative medicine treating chronically ill patients for Medicare services. On the side, I love to do skincare. I provide aesthetic services at Superior Walk-In & Family Health, as well as concierge aesthetics. I have worked in health care for over 15 years, mostly in critical care. So skin care is FUN and relaxing for me :) 

I have unfortunately done a lot of damage to my skin while living in the U.S. Virgin Islands for almost 5 years. Excessive sun exposure gave me melasma and premature skin aging, so I have become passionate about products that ACTUALLY work. 

I am an animal lover, a boy mom, wife, and a little hyperactive. I look forward to helping others feel their best while educating on ways to keep you your healthiest self. I will never do any aesthetic procedure to you that I haven’t tried or done on myself. I also won’t suggest something I haven’t tried.
